FM225-1 (Sponheimer) arrived with a single family dwelling with smoke showing from the attached garage. BC14 (Mowery) established cmd placed E82 and TW14 into service , bulk of fire was knocked quick by interior companies. FM225 is working the investigation.

Details:

Station 29 fire & Monroe Ems were dispatched on a two vehicle accident with multiple injuries and a possible entrapment. Command arrived; reporting approx 9 people injured and requested additional bls units from Winslow & Washington Twp as well as two Medic units. South Star and one additional chopper were requested to fly, but were cancelled by medics. Command later reported negative entrapment. Multiple victims were transported via BLS for minor injuries. All units cleared @ 2213hours.

Pipeline 34 arrived to find a 3 story 16x45 M/O/R dwelling with light smoke showing from the 3rd floor. Placed 1 and 1 in service. B/C 8 arrived and placed 2 and 2 in service with reports of someone still inside the dwelling. B/C 8 adivised he had heavy fire 3rd floor and requested the box to be filled out also to have the medic report to the front of the building. 1 victim was rescued and transported to Temple burn center. B/C 8 advised he now had heavy fire threw the roof of the original fire dwelling and it was extending to the exposures. He ordered Rescue 1 and Squad 47 to the roof to open up. B/C 8 requested 2 additional medic units to the scene. B/C 8 used all hands on the box.

B/C 3 had heavy smoke 3rd floor of a 5 story 300x500 baking factory. Placed all hands in service. Companies had fire in a 100x200 oven on the 3rd floor with extreme difficulty venting the floor. S/C 2 additional engines and ladders above the box along with Engine 13 and Air Unit 1. Car 3 placed the fire under control.

Battalion 1 arrived on scene of a one story vacant commercial building approx. 30x50 with heavy fire on arrival. Command placed all hands in service. The second alarm was struck and master streams were placed in service. 1 firefighter was transported to a local hospital by UMDNJ EMS for an injury to the face.
