Companies were originally dispatched for the alarm system. Police arrived and reported heavy smoke showing from the roof. The assignment was upgraded. Engine 25-8 arrived and reported heavy smoke showing and placed all hands in service. 2500 advised he had heavy fire threw the roof a 1 story 75x150 restaurant and requested the 2nd alarm. Companies went in service with an exterior attack with Ladder 22's and Ladder 25-3's master streams. S/C 2 engines above the 2nd Alarm along with Rehab 25 and Rehab 13-8.

Fm225-1 AOS 2 story single family dwelling with smoke showing , established cmd and gave orders to E44 to stretch a supply line & go inservice 1 3/4 waterline also start a primary search as 25PD reported occupants possibly still inside. C44 and E44's crew knocked bulk of fire quickly , with negative results on the primary search. E12 & L11 conducted overhaul and secondary searches. Bristol Township FMO is investigating the cause.

Chief arrived on scene with heavy fire though out a five story building under construction, 200x200. Command requested the second alarm struck for a four story building under construction fully involved with extension to numerous occupied building. including two five story apartment buildings. The buildings collapsed early on into the incidents. Numerous master streams were placed in service to protect the exposure.
The fire spread to two occupied five story apartment buildings. The fire burned through the roof and dropped down into the lower floors.
Command requested up to eight alarm worth of equipment as fire burned atleast five buildings.
