Dwelling Fire - Philadelphia

B/C-7 had meduim smoke showing from the second and third floors of a three story twin dwelling. Requested multiple medic units for people trapped and two additional engine companies.
Command requested a total of five medic units. Several burns victim removed from the dwelling. Special called two additional ladders on the box. Medics transported 3 victim to HUP with burn.

Chief-21 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from through the roof of a two story cluster home. Same location of the earlier fire. Command reported heavy fire through out, requested the evacuation tones sounded. Also requested the second alarm struck. Two Ladder pipes multiple hand lines placed in service.

Chief-16 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from the second and third floors of a three story twin dwelling. Reported person trapped on the interior. Command reported three lines in service for fire second and third floors. PD removed one victim out of the rear of the dwelling. One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Ladder 37 arrived to find heavy smoke in a three story multi-family building. Initial crews encountered heavy debris throughout the house hampering efforts. Engine 37 arrived bringing a 5" supply line from a nearby hydrant. Crews eventually made it to the involved first floor room and were able to contain the fire. A second alarm (Eng.58, Squad 54 & Engine 67)was struck to assist with extensive overhaul. Fire was brought under control in 40 minutes.

B/C-10 had fire on the second floor of two story, 15x35, E/O/R store front with apartments above. Placed all hands in service. A firefighter from a Ladder Co. fell from the roof and was transported to the hospital as a trauma alert with stable vitals. The firefighter reportedly suffered back and leg injuries. A second firefighter was also transported to the hospital with a minor injury.

Companies arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from a one story S/F/D with reports of people trapped. One victim was pulled from the dwelling and transported to the hospital. That victim died at the hospital. A second victim was found DOA inside the dwelling. Fire Marshal is investigating.

B/C-12 had heavy smoke showing from a two story M/O/R, placed 2&2 in service. Medics transported an elderly women to the hospital with burns over 80% of her body. She later died at the hospital. Second victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
