B/C-2 had heavy fire in the basement of a two story M/O/R, 16x35, placed 2&2 in service. The box was requested the box struck and additional medic unit. Placed all hands on the box in service as fire extended to the upper floor of the fire dwelling, also to the exposures. Command requested three more medic units to the scene for several firefighters with burns. At least two were transported to the hospital. Also two additional ladder companies added to assist in overhaul.

Engine 2-0 arrived immediately followed by Ladder 15 and Tower 2. Tower 2 and Ladder 15 split (16) 2nd floor balcony picks. The second half of Ladder 15's crew made a good knock on the fire with 2-0's line while Engine 2-0 made some quick resident evacs. The fire was contained to one unit on the second floor of a three story apartment building. Red Cross is handling 25 displaced residents.

02/27/2008 Location: Pilesgrove Twp (Salem County at the line) Gloucester County communications dispatched multiple fire units to 1243 Rt 45 for the dwelling fire. Originally the location was thought to be in South Harrison but was later found to be in Pilesgrove Twp, Salem County. Salem County comm center advised Gloucester to have their fire units proceed into the job. 23102( Chief Cardile HTFD) was the first to arrive and found a 1 story dwelling with the porch well off and fire spreading to the rest of the dwelling. Tankers were brought in for added water supply. Reliance Engine 12-3 conducted an initial search with crews rescuing a cat and dog. Unfortunately it was later discoverd that two dogs did not survive the fire. Engine companies made a quick knock on the fire putting the fire under-control just before 9 pm. Station 10 along with E95, E15, TW500, Sqt100 and Bucks station 90 as the FAST team were dispatched to the above for a building fire. 35 PD on location with heavy fire showing from an abandoned cement factory. An exterior attack was performed. Once it was safe enough crews entered the building to finish extinguishment and do overhaul. FM-35 and FM-35-8 on scene investigating.

Command arrived to find a two PECO workers 130' up on a PECO electrical tower. Command requested addtional rescue and ladder companies. Also requested Philadelphia Fire Dept. Rescue-1 and Coast Guard Helicopter. The Coast Guard Helicopter was used to remove both workers.

CP-21 reported heavy fire showing from a a 2-1/2 story S/F/D with people trapped. All companies in service with search and rescue. Command requested the second alarm struck. Crews were able to remove two victims from the dwelling however a third victim was still inside the dwelling.
Had heavy fire through out, additional tankers requested to assist. Due to heavy fire conditions the third alarm was struck and the evacuation tones were sounded. The third victim was located DOA on inside the dwelling.
The fourth alarm was requested for manpower and relief.
