Station 10 along with E95, E15, TW500, Sqt100 and Bucks station 90 as the FAST team were dispatched to the above for a building fire. 35 PD on location with heavy fire showing from an abandoned cement factory. An exterior attack was performed. Once it was safe enough crews entered the building to finish extinguishment and do overhaul. FM-35 and FM-35-8 on scene investigating.

Chief-62 arrived on scene with smoke showing from a two story M/O/R, 15x35. Squad 62 arrived and went in service with hand line to make a quick knock of the fire. Several dogs and and cats were removed by firefighters.

Chief-16 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from the second and third floors of a three story twin dwelling. Reported person trapped on the interior. Command reported three lines in service for fire second and third floors. PD removed one victim out of the rear of the dwelling. One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Ladder 37 arrived to find heavy smoke in a three story multi-family building. Initial crews encountered heavy debris throughout the house hampering efforts. Engine 37 arrived bringing a 5" supply line from a nearby hydrant. Crews eventually made it to the involved first floor room and were able to contain the fire. A second alarm (Eng.58, Squad 54 & Engine 67)was struck to assist with extensive overhaul. Fire was brought under control in 40 minutes.

Details:

Companies were dispatcher to 1101 Bloomer Drive for a reported building fire at Bloomer Choclates. Command arrived on the scene with smoke from the building. Upon further investigation it was determined there was fire in a 25x25 roaster. Companies stretched a line to exstinguish the fire while a truck crew went to the roof to open any roof vents for ventilation. The interior crew knocked down the fire, employees then turned the machine back on while the crew stoodby with a hoseline to knock down any remaining fire. The incident was placed under control at 03:22 AM.
