Firefighters from the Newtown Fire Association, medics from the Newtown Ambulance Squad, and police from the Newtown Township Police Department, Middletown Township Police Department, and the Lower Makefield Police Department responded to a three vehicle accident with entrapment at the intersection of Newtown Yardley Road and the Newtown Bypass. Crews on scene discovered a tractor trailer resting in the middle of the bypass, a Volvo V70 to the left of the trailer with extensive front end damage with an injured occupant, and a Nissan Sentra lodged completely underneath the trailer with one male heavily entrapped. Rescue crews went in service with an extensive array of rescue tools, and were able to free the entrapped driver of the Nissan in sixteen minutes. Medics on scene were unable to revive the patient, and the man sadly succumbed to his injuries. Crews remained on scene until the Bucks County Coroner transported the victim, and tow trucks removed all the vehicles that were involved. It is believed that the driver of the Volvo fell asleep while driving, causing her to crash into the tractor trailer. Less then a minute later, witnesses reported that the Nissan crashed into the side of the stopped truck.

Car 4 reported heavy fire from a 100x100 vacant and vandalized warehouse, all hands were placed in service. Exterior operations were ordered by BC Lewiston due to unsafe building condition. No injuries reported.

Chief-40 reported heavy fire showing from a 100x25 building, special called tanker task force. Companies went in service with master streams on the fire building, and hand lines to protect the exposures. Used all hands on the box.

Companies were alerted for a dwelling fire with numerous calls and on arrival of Engine54 they reported smoke showing and shortly after a working fire in the rear. Crews went in service with a 1 3/4 handline and quickly had the bulk of the fire knocked down and contained to the exterior of the structure.

Companies were dispatched for a building fire and shortly after police upgraded it to a working fire. Crews went in service from the rear and the 2nd alarm was struck out shortly after. The bulk of the fire was knocked down shortly after the 20min mark.

Companies dispatched for a Building Fire at 145 Bridgeton Pike, the Telford Inn, upon the arrival of 2203, Command found no fire, just a vehicle into building with one patient entrapped. Medics added, Companies went in services with spreaders with a door pop. Crash is being investigated by Mantua PD.

Companies were originally dispatched for the alarm system. Police arrived and reported heavy smoke showing from the roof. The assignment was upgraded. Engine 25-8 arrived and reported heavy smoke showing and placed all hands in service. 2500 advised he had heavy fire threw the roof a 1 story 75x150 restaurant and requested the 2nd alarm. Companies went in service with an exterior attack with Ladder 22's and Ladder 25-3's master streams. S/C 2 engines above the 2nd Alarm along with Rehab 25 and Rehab 13-8.
