Pipeline-3 arrived on scene with smoke showing from a one story building 60x100. B/C-1 placed all hands in service for heavy fire conditions. Command ordered all companies out of the building and requested the second alarm struck. Master streams placed in service. Command had requested the third alarm for assistance.

Units arrived on scene with fire through the roof of a one story commercial building. Crew went in service with an interior attack, however were forced to evacuate due to deteriorating conditions. Master streams placed in service.

Chief- 43 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from the rear of a 2-1/2 story E/O/R with people trapped. Command requested the second alarm struck. Command reported two people removed from the dwelling, EMS requested to the front of the building. Additional engines into the scene for manpower. Multiple hand lines in service. Crews conducted several searches and found three children DOA inside the dwelling.

D/C-30 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from the ground floor of apartment of a three story apartment building. Interior crews located several victims trapped and removed them from the building. All the victims were transported to hospital in critical condition with smoke inhalation and burns.
