Details:

Police arrived and reported a two vehicle accident with one occupant trapped in the vehicle. The Rescue Company and an additional BLS both from Westmont, along with the Medic Unit were added to the assignment. Westmont’s Rescue worked with Haddonfield’s Engine Companies to remove both doors on the driver side of the vehicle to free the trapped occupant. The occupant was extricated at the 20 minute mark. ALS and BLS crews treated and transported the injured occupant. Haddonfield Police have the accident under investigation.

Chester-11 (T. Capasso) arrived first to find a two story twin with smoke showing from the second floor. Squrt 81 was the next to arrive, the crew lead off with a 1 3/4 water line and found a bedroom fire on side A on the 2nd floor. Engine 82-2 opened up and performed a search while Engine 82-1 stood by the hydrant and the crew stood by as the RIT Team. The fire was placed under control in 30 minutes.

Companies dispatched for a brush fire on the old Day Farm on Myrtle Ave, CMD arrived to find a fully involved barn approx 25 by 50, and Advised communication to upgrade the box and have the in coming Companies stretched a large Diameter hose line from Margeaux Ct into the Day Farm to extinguish fire. Companies made quick work of the fire and the West Deptford Fire Marshal's Office is investigating along with the West Deptford Police Department.

Capt 37 arrived on scene and reported working fire in trailer possible vacant with exposures. Fire Units arrived had heavy fire in a single wide trailer 15 x 45 with heavy fire to the middle of the structure. Union Fire Company of Leesport was first arriving engine initiated 2 attack lines with an exterior attack and knocked bulk of the fire down. Further units arrived including tankers due to this being rural area with no hydrants. Companies performed extensive overhaul due to the large amount of debris in the trailer. No injuries was reported.

Details:

Foam 33 was dispatched for rubbish. While en route FCC advised they were getting calls for a building fire and they were upgrading the assignment to a building fire. Foam 33 arrived heavy fire showing and placed all companies in service with heaviest waterlines. B/C 10 reported heavy fire through the roof of the southeastern section of a 1 story 200x150 building and requests the 2nd alarm. Deputy 2 advised companies were trying to stop the spread of fire from reaching the rest of the building and also request the 3rd alarm to be struck out. Deputy 2 placed the fire under control.
