Companies arrived on scene with fire showing from a one story S/F/D, and one person down in the front yard. Command reported heavy fire, first in engine in service with hand line. EMS transported to the hospital with serious burns. Used all hands.

Squrt-61 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from the rear of a one story S/F/D. Command requested the second alarm and reported fire through the roof. Companies made a initial interior attack, however were forced out due to heavy fire conditions. Tower 61 placed in service with master streams.
Command requested the gas company to the scene for a gas feed fire in the basement.

Battalion 1 (Wilson) reported heavy smoke from the 2nd floor of 2 2 story occupied commercial buildings,placed all hands in service. Tower Ladder 3 was special called to the scene. The 2nd alarm was transmitted for heavy fire on the 2nd floors of the buildings Car 3 (Price) ordered exterior operations due to building conditions, Gloucester City Quint 51 and Pennsauken Cascade 11-4 were special called above the 2nd alarm. 1 firefighter was transported by UMDNJ EMS Camden for a back injury.

Companies were dispatched for the Automatic Fire Alarm and arrived with nothing showing from a 2 story garden apartment, companies had an alarm sounding, crews forced entry and found a heavy smoke condition. Command 8000 placed all hands in service. One victim was removed from the building by a firefighter. The victim suffered burns as well as a gunshot wound. EMS transported the victim to a trauma center. Fire Marshal and Burlington County Major Crimes investigating.

Deputy Chief Gilmore (402) reported an SUV down an embankment on its side with an occupant trapped, Rescue 45 went into service with struts to secure vehicle, the patient was removed and transported by EMS to the hospital.Camden County Park Police are investigating.

Companies arrived on scene with smoke showing from a two story split level S/F/D. Command ordered all companies out of the dwelling. Exterior operations placed in service. Had heavy fire conditions through out the dwelling, with large amount of debris inside.
One firefighter became briefly disoriented and trapped in the dwelling while trying to evacuated. RIT was activated. The firefighter was able to get out of the house and suffered no injuries.

Originally dispatched as an unknown medical emergency , FM225-1 AOS reporting that an employee inhaled an unknown chemical and management was unsure if the chemical was still leaking in the warehouse. E82 and L11 sent crews interior to check on the chemical , the chemical was found and secured. A total of 8 patients were transported to local hospitals for evaluations.

Engine-25 arrived on scene of a vacant four story factory, 100x150, with heavy smoke showing from the upper floors. Placed all companies in service with heaviest water lines. B/C 10 arrived and reported the building to be fully invovled and requested the 2nd alarm struck. Deputy 2 (Bonner) struck the 3rd alarm and reported that they were in the process of evacuating several dwellings in the immediate are of the building. The fire was placed under control by Commissioner Ayers.

Engine 16 arrived with heavy fire showing from the 1st floor of a 3 story 20x65 twin, placed 2 and 2 in service. B/C 11 arrived and placed all companies in service due to the fire rapidly spreading to the B exposure and to the upper floors of the original fire building. Deputy 1 (Grugan) requested an additional 2 engines and 1 ladder above the box. Deputy 1 (Grugan) advised that the bulk of the fire was knocked on the first floor but he now had heavy fire on the 3rd floor and thru the roof and was in danger jumping the breeze way to the delta exposure. Deputy 1 requested the 2nd alarm to be filled out with companies going to defensive operations to protect the exposures. The fire was placed under control by Deputy 1 (Grugan) at 0632hrs

Two Alarm Building Fire - Washington Twp

Callers reported smoke from 3 sides of the building. Chief Hoffman arrived to find heavy smoke throughout and a working fire. First arriving crews secured a water supply and advanced several lines while the truck company opened up. The fire went to two alarms however a quick knock down of the fire was made. Covers were added. While engaged in this fire Dist 10 was dispatched for a dwelling which was handled by covers and cleared quickly. Deptfords Canteen 9 provided rehab for the job.

Dwelling Fire - Medford

Task Force 2510 was dispatched to a report of a structure fire. Medford Police were the first to arrive on location and reported heavy smoke showing from the attic area and that all occupants had been evacuated. Chief Welling (4300) arrived next and reported a working fire and placed all companies in service. Deputy Chief Plowman (2510) arrived, took command and set up CP25. E3712 was the first due engine and was ordered to take a position in the driveway and stretch an 1 3/4" handline into the front door on side A. Q2514 was ordered to take a position on the circular driveway on side A. A primary search was conducted with negative results. Deputy Chief Thorn was appointed as Operations and Chief Welling was appointed as Interior Command. Crews advanced the handline into Division 2 where smoke was seen in the floor area of the Master Bathroom. A second handline was placed into service as a backup. Crews were ordered to open up the walls in the Master Bathroom and found fire in the area of the chimney on the side B wall. The fire was placed under control in about 30 minutes after arrival. There were no reported injuries. Firefighter Rehab. was provided by Medford EMS. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshall's office.
