Police on patrol found heavy fire showing from a two story S/F/D with people trapped. The police officer and a neighbor used a ladder to rescued the victims from the dwelling. Chief-500 reported multiple hand lines in service. Requested additional Engine and ladder as well as a second RIT.

3620 immediately responded and was advised by Central that an employee called in reporting a fire in one of the fryers. Central advised 3603 that police were on location reporting heavy smoke showing. Quint 3624 arrived first on location and reported a one story restaurant with smoke showing from the roof. 3603 told Central that there was a fire that may be in the duct work and in the ceiling and crews were going into service with an 1 3/4 inch handline. 3620 had operations and 3603 had command. Engine 3631 supplied Quint 3624. Crews made quick knock of the fire. Units on scene: Battalion 3620, Quint 3614, Battalion 3603, Quint 3624, Ladder 3635, Engine 1352 (Cherry Hill), Engine 3631, Rescue 2218 (Evesham), Chief 2210, BLS units, and the Fire Marshall. 1 civilian was transported for smoke inhalation.

Squad 14 arrived on scene with fire showing from the third floor of a three story OMD. Crews placed a 1-3/4" line in service to knock bulk of the fire in one apartment. Had reports of people trapped, but all searches were negative.

MVA Rescue - Cherry Hill

ALS 35 made notifications after being involved in a M.V.A. Cherry Hill crews worked to free the trapped driver. The occupant was transported to Cooper Trauma. The Medics were not injured in the crash.
MVC w/ Entrapment & Fire - Pemberton Twp

At approximately 22:33 hours, Stations 186 & 199 along with Rescue 191, and Medic 31 were dispatched to Arneys Mount Road & N. Pemberton Road for a reported Motor Vehicle Accident with entrapment and fire as well. Chief 1900 responded and was advised by Central that there was a reported vehicle fire in the engine compartment. 1900 was quickly on location and reported 1 car fully involved with 1 entrapment. Chief 1900 requested to fly the helicopter and land at the American Legion, which was around the corner. C1900 advised Central again he had 1 victim trapped with vehicle fire. Rescue-Engine 1911 responded and was advised to suppress fire first then do dash roll type extrication. LZ was set up at the American Legion facility and was handled by Engine 6812 (Fort Dix). Chief 1900 reported that there were 2 minor injuries and 1 serious. The bulk of the fire was knocked down within minutes as crews were in process of extricating the victim. An ambulance from Station 509 (Mount Holly) also responded to the scene. Patient was extricated and flown to the hospital via helicopter.

Chief 57 reported heavy fire on the exterior of a two story store front with apartment above. Crews made a quick knock of the fire. There was minimal extension to the interior, which was knocked by sprinkler system. Police did assist one resident from their apartment, due to the fire. Mutual aid from Berks County.

Interior command reported had a hard time finding the seat of the fire. Command ordered the building evacuated. Special call additional ladder. Crews placed master streams in service to knock the fire. Used all hands.

BLS 1176 and BLS Chief 1170 arrived and reported a 2 car MVC with numerous injuries and 1 occupant trapped, Rescue 11-3, Station 11-5, Ladder 1194 operated to removed the victim, BLS 1176 and Medic 45 transported 1 patient to Cooper Trauma and BLS 1177 and BLS 33 ( Camden EMS) transported the balance of the victims to Cooper. Pennsauken Twp Police are investigating.

CMD O/S of a one story vacant restaurant with smoke showing from the roof. CMD requesting the all hands struck, first engine to go inside to investigate. Fire was quickly contained to the exterior of the building, the fire was found behind the wall of a old sign on the front of the building. Local and County Fire Marshal called to scene for the investigation.

At approximately 19:45 hours, Stations 801, 809 & 241 (Riverton) were dispatched to 319 Horace Ave. for a reported dwelling fire. Chief 8000 responded and was advised by Central Communications that the resident was reporting a fire in the basement and that the residence was evacuated. 8000 arrived on location and confirmed the report and placed the all companies in service. Engine 8011 arrived and went into service with an 1 3/4" handline. Crews made a quick knock down of the fire. The fire was placed under control at approximately 20:15 hours per command. Also dispatched to the scene were RIT 201 (Cinnaminson), RIT 701 (Riverside), Rescue 232 (Delran), Station 809, and Cascade 802. Also, Engine 202 (Cinnaminson), Ladder 101 (Maple Shade), & RIT 312 (Moorestown) were called to cover Station 801.
