Details:
Chief 15-9 arrived with working fire in the basement of a two story S/F/D. Interior crew were in service with hand lines and reported partial collapse of the floor in the basement. Command ordered the evacuation tones sounded as well as the second alarm struck. The bulk of the fire was knocked from the exterior. Used all hands.
