Details:
Chief-23 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from 2-1/2 S/F/D, also requested helicopter for a victim with serious burns. Command requested the second alarm struck. Numerous hand lines placed in service, truck companies opened the roof. The victim was flown to a nearby trauma center.
