B/C-9 arrived on scene with heavy fire on the second floor of a three story twin dwelling, with people trapped. Placed all hands in service, ladder co.s in service with rescues. Additional medic units added on the box. Three victims were transported to the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation. One for the victim was child with facial burns.
