Details:
Companies arrived on scene with smoke showing from the second floor apartment with reported a person trapped on side "C". Crews removed one victim from the building, and was declared DOA by EMS. Crews placed 1-3/4" line in service to make a quick of the fire. Command requested the second alarm struck for manpower. Mutual aid from Montco.
