Chief-55 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from a dwelling. Command requested the second alarm struck, had heavy fire showing through out the dwelling. Evacuation tones sounded, crews went in service with exterior attack.

Deputy 11 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing on side "D" of a single story single family dwelling. Deputy 11 established command. Chief 11 on scene and took interior command. Ladder 11 on scene went to interior attack with 1 3/4" hand line. Engine 12 covered the plug with Engine 11 going to the roof for ventilation. Engine 11-1 to interior with assistance from Engine 50, Ladder 14 and Rescue 10. Also on scene was Rescue 8 as RIT,Rescue 51 for Air and Medic 143 for EMS.

Original assignment was for E-8 response for a AFA. 44pd arrived had an active alarm with smoke showing. Assignment upgraded by Bucks 911 to a working fire which added E-77-E-7-E-13 and Lad-31. Eng-8 crew arrived found a two story S/F/D with heavy smoke showing. E-8 Crew went in service with a hand line and found Heavy fire in the kitchen area. Middletown Twp FMO is conducting the investigation.

Tower 2 arrived first to check on a fire alarm at large 2 story SFD and had smoke showing from Side C. First Alarm then struck. Crews forced entry and found a fire in a clothes dryer that had extended into cabinetry. One dog passed as a result of smoke inhalation. Thanks to the Brazunas's for help with the information.

Delaware County company 41 had a vehicle fire up against a building. Fire crews made quick work of the small suv fire and there was no extension to the inside the building.

At 1130hrs Companies were dispatched to area of Boundary Lane and Spruce Ave for a car reported in the water, with an occupant trapped. Upon the arrival of the BLS Unit 739, 739 reported a single vehicle accident with one pt still in the vehicle in the water, Rescue 628(Verga) was added to the assignment for the cold water suits. The patient was assisted to ground with help of the BLS Unit and a bystander, the patient was uninjured and refused treatment.

Chief 11 arrived on scene heavy fire from a dwelling. First arriving crews pulled multiple hand lines to protect the exposures on sides B bravo and D delta sides. Residents reported that the home owners had munitions inside. Crews ordered to take defensive actions for precautions. Secondary water supply picked up, Ladder 11 in service with master stream. Companies in service: Engines 16, 28, 37, Truck Co's. 11, 16, 37, Rescue 6, 53, Squad 185, Canteen 4. Under investigation by Bensalem FMO.

Details:

5001 arrived to find heavy fire and placed the companies in service. Engine 5013 arrived first due, stretched a line to the dwelling and performed engine company duties. Rescue Engine 2723 was second arriving and completed a water supply for 5013. The crew from 2723 split into two crews with two personnel stretching a second attack line while two other members went to complete the primary search of the dwelling. It was determined that the dwelling was split in two and was actually a duplex. The crews completed all searches and continued to open up and check for extension in the dwelling. All searches came up negative in the dwelling. Crews worked together to effectively and quickly bring the fire under control. There were no injuries reported.
